New Policy for Special Testing Appointments

Hello Wonderful Patients!

We wanted to update our patients on our NEW No-Show/Cancellation Policy for Special Testing appointments. This new policy is effective immediately.

If you are scheduled for this appointment type, your doctor has ordered it for you to help identify and/or monitor an eye health condition. These include Glaucoma, Age-Related Macular Degeneration and more.

We work to maintain a high-quality scheduling system and availability. The time allocated for this appointment is scheduled specifically for you. When an appointment is cancelled last minute, that appointment opportunity is lost for another patient who may also need this level of care.

We strive to provide the best care for your eyes. Confirming and attending your appointments is very important for your precious eye health!

If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid the $100 cancellation fee.

 

Please keep in mind, this same $100 fee also applies to our yearly comprehensive eye health exams.
