I was traveling through Asheville and needed an eyeglass repair as the arm fell off. So I stopped by Envision without an appointment. Monica was so sweet to repair my eyeglasses on a moment’s notice. She even gave them a deep cleaning and was very friendly and professional. And she refused to accept any payment! I can’t recommend more highly!

The entire team at Envision are top notch! This is my second year getting my glasses, and I didn’t think it was possible but I love my newest pair even more! Andrea helped me narrow down my frame choices while keeping within my budget, and I couldn’t be more pleased. 🙂

Great Eyecare clinic - professional, never rushed, explain various elements of my eye health in an interpretable way. Accommodating to preferences on eyewear purchases, etc. They are helpful navigating insurance coverage and benefits too. Highly recommend!

LOVE! I bought glasses from this location over six months ago and was recently having issues with fit Due to loose nose pads and bent frames. I went in on a random Thursday because I had time and asked if they could adjust it and not only did they do a full adjustment for free but also changed the news pads out which were a little oxidized. They’re also lovely and welcoming, and I would buy another pair of glasses from them anytime!

I have struggled for years in finding a competent business to address my vision challenges. I have spent most of my life in customer service and appreciate when excellence has been achieved. It takes a combination of hiring the right people, proper training and a supportive work environment. I received excellent professional service from when I walked in to when I left. I have had the greatest experience working with Andrea. My prescription is very high and she found and fitted my eyewear perfectly. This is my second time with Envision and I would definitely recommend them.

After a year of searching for a new optometrist, I finally found a great place with very friendly and helpful staff. I found a really cute pair of glasses that the sales manager, Stephanie Salas, helped me find after trying out many pairs. She was very patient with me while I was being very particular. 10/10 will come back here…going to come back soon for a pair of prescription sunglasses.
